Baja Cantina opened our doors in May of 2006. It was chef and owner Robert Comings vision to bring quality California style Mexican food to Sydney. Backed with 16 years of working with great Mexican chefs in California and all over the US, he has aquired the skill and knowledge to deliver authentic cuisine.
